2 Ways to recover deleted or lost Xbox One saved game and files

If I try to download an xbox 360 game (in this case it's currently medal of honor airborne I think) it asks me to update my payment options. Last month I got around that by starting up my 360 and 'buying' the free game (bf3) there and downloading it on my xbox one aftrwards. But now I can't even connect my 360 to xbox live anymore.
